The Reimagine the UN Together Challenge fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration across the UN System by addressing shared challenges through collective ideation, connecting employees globally to propose, refine, and pitch innovative solutions.
The Solution
Reimagine the UN Together — System-wide Innovation Challenge
Through virtual workshops, a collaborative bootcamp, and the grand finale "Dragons’ Den," teams presented their ideas to senior leaders and peers. Finalist teams included UN Digital ID, Conecta, Mobility Marketplace, Skills4Future, UNicoins, and UN Vizion.
Impact & Results
The Challenge demonstrated the power of collaboration and innovation within the UN System, providing a platform for staff to propose solutions to common organizational challenges. It inspired optimism among leaders, reaffirming the UN’s ability to adapt and scale creative solutions.
